Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy for stock items, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item in this category to request a return. Anything in this category must be in brand new condition and its original factory carton. These returns will be accepted without a restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept open blister packs or returns on any software.

Fiberglass antennas shipping in a cardboard tube 4 ft or longer are not returnable.

All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If a product is not defective or the error is determined to be the result of shipping or handling outside of our control, the return may be subject to outbound freight charges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
